JOBIM (Open Days in Biology, Computer Science and Mathematics) is the annual congress of the French Society of BioInformatics (SFBI). Its objective is to bring together the French community of researchers in bioinformatics, advocating a mix of researchers biologists, mathematicians, computer scientists and physicists.

The three previous editions were held in Lille (2017), Lyon (2016), Clermont-Ferrand (2015).

The 5 themes addressed by JOBIM 2018 are and include (without restriction):

  • Systems Biology and Functional Genomics
    • Epigenetics & Epigenomics
    • Methods for sequence and omics data analyses
    • Systems Biology and Interaction networks
    • Organization & Expression of Genes and Genomes
  • Bioinformatics for Bugs, Beasts and Greens
    • Population Genomics, Genetics and Ecology
